Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds (HEERF)
(原关怀法案基金)

Rowan-Cabarrus Community College has received funding from the US Department of Education (HEERF I, II and III) to provide emergency 鳍ancial aid grants to eligible students and for institutional costs to defray expenses associated with COVID-19. Student Aid may be used for any component of the student’s cost of attendance or for emergency costs that arise due to the coronavirus, 比如学费, 食物, 住房, health care (including mental health care), 或者儿童保育.

The US Department of Education received HEERF funds via the following:

  • Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic 安全 (CARES) Act – HEERF I
  • Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA) – HEERF II
